Refund policy

1. Acceptance of Terms:
- By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Shipping:
- We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary.
- Bloom&Witch LLC is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.

2.1 International Shipping outside of U.S.

Import Tax and Duties

Depending on the total value of your order, it may be subject to import tax and duty. We do not collect payment for import taxes or duties on our website, nor are they included in the product price or shipping cost. All charges associated with import tax and duties are solely the recipient's responsibility.

EU & UK

Orders are subject to a 2.5% import tax and the appropriate country's VAT rate (Value Added Tax). Mostly applies to sterling solver / gold orders  

For example, importing an order of silver jewelry into the UK is 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) + 2.5% Import Tax.

3. Returns and Exchanges:
- Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

- If you are not happy with the product for any reason, email your concern to bloomandwitch@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

5. Product Information:
- We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information.

6. Product pictures:

- Please note, that the products are handmade to order, which means slightly different looks, plants, and flowers can be used.

7. Intellectual Property:
- All content on our website is the property of Bloom&Witch LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability:
- Bloom&Witch LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Exception:
Notwithstanding the above, according to the EU law, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will also be responsible for paying the shipping rate for your return.
